for Women Entrepreneurs
Building professional websites for women who are starting businesses

The program assists women who are starting a business, but lack the resources, to establish a much needed web presence, with a pro bono website built by a professional web designer. Here are a few details.
Eligibility.
The program is for anyone who identifies as a woman who is starting their own business.
Website.
The participant will receive, free of charge, a professional, secure and easy to use website with 3-5 pages, including home, about, services or products and contact.
Design.
Choice of available color scheme, typography and layout. Design can incorporate the business’s existing branding.
Content.
Participant provides all written content, images and other media.
Platform.
Built with WordPress, which will give the participant control over their site and editing of the content. Basic WordPress training provided.
Web Hosting.
Participant must provide, pay for and maintain their own web hosting service. Recommendations for hosting providers and assistance with setting up provided.
* The initiative was established in memorial to my mother Kristine Lamp, one of the most enterprising women I’ve ever known, who supported me in my own enterprises, beginning with my short lived rock selling business at the age of seven.
